About us and our products

I raise Highland and Highland/Dexter cross cattle for beef and livestock/pets near Fort Smith Arkansas. I will start selling in 2026 whole and sides of beef, delivered to a local USDA inspected facility, or a local custom processor. I will finish the beef according to customer wishes and charge by the hanging weight (carcass weight whole or half, measured on first day of aging). I will charge U$D 4.50/lb for grass finished beef and U$D 5.00/lb for 60 day grain on grass finishing. A customer deposit, refundable subject to conditions, of U$D 500.00 is required at time of ordering. Cut-sheet assistance, and pickup/delivery coordination on a per order basis.

02 APRIL UPDATE: 19 month old 3/4 Hidex steer, grain on grass finished, is hanging in a USDA facility near Ft. Smith Arkansas. He is 340lbs. whole. I am offering a 170lb side for $850.00. He will be ready to process 12 April so hurry you are interested.
